To be eligible for the Saudi travel document, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Hold a valid travel document from the US, UK, or any Schengen country and have previously entered at least one of these regions.
- Be a permanent resident of the US, UK, or any EU country.
- Hold a valid residence permit from a GCC country with at least three months of remaining validity.
